Since 2009, our flame-grilled fish has been monitored and tested to ensure that it is gluten-free and since 2013, our products are certified gluten-free through the Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO), the leading Gluten-Free Certification program in North America.
BlueWater’s flaky, flame-grilled fillets are available in four different species, as well as various delicious flavours. Enjoy as an entrée or as part of an easy, gluten-free meal! Try our savoury fillets over a salad and top with gluten-free dressing for a quick lunch, or stir-fry a fillet with some veggies and serve with rice for a delicious and easy dinner. Need inspiration?
