- Cook the BlueWater Crunchy Breaded Fillets according to package directions.
- In a bowl, mix the prepared BlueWater Crunchy Breaded Fillets with the chipotle salsa.
- To assemble tacos, divide fish mixture among tortillas and top each taco with about 1 Tbsp of cabbage or lettuce. Serve with additional salsa and lime wedges on the side, if desired.
Tip: For fresh chunky chipotle salsa, blend 3 canned chipotle chilies en adobo, 2 cloves of roasted and peeled garlic, 2 boiled and peeled tomatoes, and salt in a blender briefly.
