- Cook BlueWater’s Grill Fillets according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, mix together dressing and barbecue sauce in a large mixing bowl.
- Cool cooked fillets slightly and chop into bite size pieces.
- Add fillets and nuts to the dressing mix in the large mixing bowl and combine. Season mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon about ½ cup of the mixture into each lettuce leaf and serve.
Tip: Top off with your favorite black bean and corn salsa for some added flavour!
