- Cook the BlueWater Grill Fillets according to package instructions. Slice cooked fish into bite sized pieces, set aside.
- Warm pitas in microwave oven. Place one pita on a plate and spread 1/2 cup of the lettuce and half of a sliced fillet on top.
- Sprinkle each pita with about 1/4 of the chopped tomato, onion, feta cheese and olives. Spoon 3 Tbsp of the Tzatziki sauce on the pita and fold in the edges.
- Wrap sandwich in parchment paper for serving. Repeat with remaining pitas. Serve immediately.
