Grilled Fillet Greek Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 BlueWater Grill Fillets
- 1 package prepared mixed greens
- ½ cup dressing (Greek, Italian, etc.)
- 10-15 grape, cherry, or pear tomatoes cut into halves
- ¼ cup crumbles feta cheese
- ¼ cup Kalamata (Greek) olives
- ¼ cup sliced red onion
- ¼ cup pine nuts (optional)
Directions:
Bake the Grill Fillets according to package. In a bowl, toss lettuce and dressing. Once the fillets are fully cooked cut them into bite size pieces. Top the dressed lettuce with remaining ingredients, including the cut fillets and serve immediately.
