Grilled Fillet Greek Salad

Ingredients: 
  • 2 BlueWater Grill Fillets
  • 1 package prepared mixed greens
  • ½ cup dressing (Greek, Italian, etc.)
  • 10-15 grape, cherry, or pear tomatoes cut into halves
  • ¼ cup crumbles feta cheese
  • ¼ cup Kalamata (Greek) olives
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup pine nuts (optional)
Directions: 

Bake the Grill Fillets according to package. In a bowl, toss lettuce and dressing. Once the fillets are fully cooked cut them into bite size pieces. Top the dressed lettuce with remaining ingredients, including the cut fillets and serve immediately.
