- Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Arrange the fillets in a small baking pan. Whisk the maple syrup with the apple juice, orange juice, orange zest, brown sugar, salt, hot sauce, nutmeg and pepper. Brush half the mixture over the fish.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Brush with the remaining glaze and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
Tip: Serve with a green garden salad.
