Instructions

  1. Cook the BlueWater Fish Sticks according to packaging.
     
  2. Spread 1 Tbsp of sauce on each muffin half.
     
  3. Cut the sticks into bite size pieces (about 2 - 3 pieces per stick) and place 4 - 6 pieces on top of sauced English muffin.
     
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and place English muffin pizzas in a shallow metal baking pan.
     
  5. Place pizzas in oven and bake just until cheese is melted, then remove from oven and serve.
